IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING HOUSING:

Dear Conference Attendee,

We have negotiated the following rates for the Toronto Hilton: The Reservation cutoff date has been Extended to June 23

$179 Canadian/night for student rooms (listed as 2 Double beds)
$199 Canadian/night for regular rooms (listed as 1 King bed)

There are a limited number of rooms available at the student rate and they will be booked on a first come/first serve basis.

To receive our conference rates you must follow the “BOOK A ROOM” link on the housing page. Do not click directly on the “2 double beds” or “1 king bed” links as they will take you to the main Hilton site (these links exist simply to view pictures of the room types).

We have also negotiated to extend our conference rates (3 days pre- and post-meeting) for those of you interested in spending additional time in our city. This feature is still being implemented and should be available after February 12, 2010.

Finally, we hope you will choose to stay with us at the Toronto Hilton. The rates are extremely favorable for the city at this time of year and the hotel is in a fantastic location. Staying on site will ensure the success of the meeting – both socially and scientifically.

We look forward to seeing you in Toronto!

Sincerely,

The Local Organizing Committee
